I know Dr. Lorraine Day as an American physician, now 86, who has been a public figure since she overcame breast cancer many years ago, after refusing chemo and radiation, by finding her own way via. studying the Bible in great detail.
She has a massive website that she has been posting to for decades. She talks about Jews vs. Gentiles in great detail.

From what I can gather, Dr. Day does not mean all Jewish people when she uses the word "Jew."
For myself, I prefer the term 'Internationist Jewry."
